Our rooms are charged per hour with every third hour free.

We have different rates for daytime hirers and evening hirers (after 6pm). We also have a premium rate for any booking that uses the building between 11.00pm and midnight. All events have to finish before midnight.

We give discounts for local users (Shilbottle & Hampeth) and for regular users and their members
